Overview

This historic home was in need of some serious care after a bit of neglect by previous owners resulting in years of insufficient maintenance. An extensive lighting plan and refinished flooring throughout laid the base work while extensive remodels to all of the bathrooms and kitchen brought things up to date. The exterior was brought back to life with repaired trim, new paint colors and door hardware and lighting. Kitchen windows were replaced with french doors for better outdoor patio connections. Lastly, the dining room, living room, powder room, foyer and sunroom were all infused with new interior designs, furnishings and fittings befitting of this gracious home.

The primary bathroom remodel reconfigured an existing, but tired, master bath and a portion of a small spare bedroom into one generous bathroom space. We used the remainder of the spare bedroom space for the hall accessible laundry room. The bathroom evokes a spa like atmosphere, with a general palette of white with soft blues and grays.
